IT Manager Job Responsibilities:

Upkeeping company servers in International and TT locations thru personal knowledge and outsource management. Keep all Networks configured and working well Manage SMTP's in International and TT locations thru outsource management. Manage technical support staff in Trinidad Ensure Backups are done regularly Ensure copies of software and other important Intelectual Property assets are stored on the Company Repository Be the contact person for our company and our various International Software Providers Managing the Accesses of our staff to back offices, servers and any other technical places Alerts Management - making sure monitoring of alerts is 24/7 and effective for all alerts. Receive same to phone self and distribute to staff.Liaise with outsource alert companies Monitor outsourced Bandwidth and cost and service and negotiate with outsource companies. Responsible for company satellite dish and communication Report directly to CEO.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Networking, Hardware,MSCE Certified.
• Proven team leader in able to develop individual and team capabilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and work in a high pressure, deadline related environment.
• Ability to work with persons of varying nationalities and adapt, when necessary, to different time zones.
• Willingness to travel when necessary and do continued learning.

PROJECT MANAGER Job Responsibilities:

To Manage all new Company projects until they are up and running. At present this is:

• Credit Card Processing Software Backend Development. Involves liaising with Romanian Development Team Manager and our outside customers and internal departments.
• Liaising with Group Managers needing software and writing all software specks.
• Manage Review Process of new software and software updates (client and backend) by ensuring testing is done both inhouse and outside
• Cashier completion and integration into software applications
• Lotto software completion and integration to Cashier
• Sportsbook integration
• Mobile Projects: Working with Mobile CEO to get new Mobile Softwares developed and with Licensees to accomplish integration to their systems.
• Training of Licensees staff in use of our Mobile and Flash products.
• Flash Game Development
• Integrate new Processors and Payment Solutions

Qualifications: Programming with Banking or Credit Card or Gaming Experience,Database ability, Specking experience, Management experience with ability to motivate, Web & Internet working knowledge. Person should be ambitious and excited about new technology. Need to work hard and be flexible to accommodate different time zone accessibility when necessary. Should have proven Managent ability to work with other teams and motivate everyone to accomplish their tasks successfully. Must be a detailed person who has experiencing organizing testing and bringing products to market.
